Ahoy there! Wil here with a quick note about some small site-wide updates!

The FlipSquare team have done a bit of thinking and we all decided that it would be best if we continue with the beta phase a bit longer. We've received a fair amount of suggestions and feedback from everybody over the past few months and we believe that this system, while fully functional, still needs some finessing.

So, as it was when we were previously doing our testing, all listings are now FREE until further notice! That's right, just sign up and start posting your sites and you won't won't have to pay a dime. Tell your friends, tell your mom and dad, tell your pets, hell, tell everyone that if they want to buy or sell websites or domains, FlipSquare is the place to do it... because you don't have to pay!

Also, we have received some feedback from this article over at Traffikd pointing out a few flaws in our credit purchasing interface. Steven makes a good point that most users won't know how many credits they need to post a listing until they actually buy some. So, we went ahead and gave the page in question a face lift. You can now see exactly how many credits you need for each type of listing, and corresponding features, we offer in a nice little table. We also simplified the process it a bit more by putting our credit 'plans' within a easily readable drop down box showing only the most relevant information.

One last thing before I go. Since we don't really see the need to activate the purchasing system any time soon, we plan to ad a few unobtrusive Adsense ads throughout the site. Now, before you start groaning you should know that these ads are visible only to guests. You will NOT see them if you're logged in. Hey, we need to keep the lights on somehow!
